Side note: Some changes have been made to this year’s holiday mini sessions. They are now offered two mornings a week, for a limited time only(now through Dec 5th). Mini sessions are smaller versions of my Classic sessions, and are great for just updated photos or the perfect holiday card photo. For full variety, connections, and a choice in location, I suggest scheduling a full Classic session. However, if you are new to custom photography,  just want to try it out, or need updated photos with a lower investment, a mini session might be right for you. All session options are booking fast, with September almost booked(one classic open, and 4 mini left).

Every year, I like to offer the option for mini sessions. Mini sessions are perfect for those families who already had a full session earlier in the year, but want updated portraits for holiday cards or gifts. They are also great for families who are new to custom photography and just want to dip their toes into the experience before investing a full session fee. Details are listed below….

Mini Sessions are held at Rockburn Branch Park, in Elkridge Md. Sessions available in the early morning to capture that warm sunrise glow(around 8:30am), and are only available during weekdays. These sessions fill fast, so it is best to book well in advance. They are only available through December 5th.

Mini Sessions include:

30 minute session for families of up to 5

15 of the very best images showcased in an online gallery

All 15 retouched images images will be sent via email in high resolution format, in both black and white and color. Simply download the images to your computer and burn as many discs as you like. Share with friends and family, post on your blog or Facebook….whatever you like! Portraits always make the perfect holiday gift! Images will also be uploaded to MPIX for you to order high quality prints at an affordable rate.

Total investment: $450  (an $825 value!)

**The focus of the mini session is to capture great individual images of your child(ren) and at least 5+ great family images if desire. You can choose how to break it up. Some families want that PERFECT family portrait, while others choose to let their child be the star.

As an incentive, if you refer a friend who also books a mini session, you will both receive a custom holiday card design in digital format! We will work together to create the perfect holiday card your family will love. You may then order that card through MPIX or any lab that offers 5×7 prints.

Sessions will be booked on a first come first serve basis, and require payment in full on the day of your session. A $50 deposit must be made to hold your date. On the chance of inclement weather or illness, we will reschedule.

This morning, I met with one of my FAVORITE little boys in the whole wide world, “R”, and had the privledge to meet his cousin “G”. I hope you all had a great afternoon in Baltimore, and checked out our wonderful Science Center!

Oh, and have you noticed anything different? We have a new blog, and pretty soon you will be viewing a brand new website also! Something about bringing a new life into the world makes me want to bring some life into my old boring website! Bear with me as changes are made to both the blog and the new website when it posts in a few days. The galleries will be added to also when it goes live.

And lastly, many of you have asked for recent photos of my little Michaela. She is such an angel, and a dream come true to this rough year my family has had. Not my tiny little thing anymore, as she has doubled her birth weight already!
